Tax Forms at the Library
A limited number of Federal Tax 1040 Instruction Booklets and 1040 and 1040SR Forms are available in the library's Copy Center from late January through May.
Find additional forms:
- View and download forms at IRS.gov, Ohio Department of Taxation, or RITA.
- Print copies of instructions and forms at any library computer for $.10 per page.
- A librarian at the Information Desk can print forms for you for $.10 per page.
- Order tax products to be delivered by mail at IRS.gov or 1.800.829.3676.
