Bicycles on Kent Free Library property shall be parked in the bike racks located near the entrances to the library. Any bicycle left unattended in another location on library property shall be tagged with a message informing the rider that the bicycle is to be parked in one of the bike racks.
Bicycles, either locked or unlocked, in a bicycle rack or elsewhere on library property, that are left unattended for more than forty-eight (48) hours are presumed to be abandoned and will be brought to the attention of the Kent Police Department for removal.
